Process

Features

Synthetic Mats

Optimum pore size was used which is
different from that used abroad

Fibers

Use of Polypropylene fibers versus polyester fibers used abroad. In Indian climatic conditions, these help better with water retention

Sand

We have used natural Silica versus chemically
composed Silica used abroad

POTASSIUM POLYMER

Normally it is used in agriculture. Wax or oil is used in footing abroad. In place of this we have used potassium polymer to increase water retention in dry months

NO RETENTION WALLS

We have not used pressurized retaining walls. Due to excessive monsoons, in order to prevent water clogging, we have used brick walls.

Technical Specifications

  • Material: Mixture of quarz-silica sand, textiles and fiber
  • Made for: Outdoor and indoor riding arenas
  • Installation thickness: 7 inches total Depth; Weight: 1.6 tons/m3
  • Volume: 0.63 m3/t

Advantages

Apart from this being a solution and means to broaden the access to horse riding in India by adopting cheaper materials to achieve low cost arena Footing of good quality, Evo Foot also helps in the following ways:

  • A.The ground needs some amount of water to be retained. In the monsoon, appropriate slope and drainage system will prevent water clogging. In Delhi and around, supplementary water is sourced to water the riding arenas. Given the acute levels of water scarcity, we have incorporated a water collection tank with the recommendation that the same water be recycled specifically for this purpose.
  • B.Improve surface to provide better traction and surface strength, making this a more productive and useful solution.
